  • Do I have to sign a contract?

    No, but contracts are available.

  • How can I pay?

    We accept Cash, Check, and Major Credit Cards

  • When do I pay?

    If payment isn't collected upon service you will be billed via email and will have ten days to pay online or via the mail.

  • What happens if I miss a payment?

    Service will be stopped until payment is made.

  • Do you have any discounts?

    Yes, to Military, Law Enforcement, & First Responders with valid identification.

  • Do I have to be home to have service provided?

     No, but please have all pets secured and areas of service accessible.

  • Can I receive a quote over the phone?

    No, to give the best and most accurate price we must see the property in person.

  • What happens if rains for 2 weeks straight?

    Your service schedule will be adjusted to best fit the situation. You WILL NOT be charged for work that is not performed.


  • What is the earliest you'll start a service?

    At 7:00am Mon- Fri & 8:00am on Saturdays 

  • Is Devoted Landscaping, LLC insured?

    Yes
